Retail design and build: your shop sells before the door opens.
Updated October 2026
Rzianz Infrastructures designs and builds shops, showrooms and boutiques across Kerala. We do the building and the sign your customers see from the road, then the counters and lights they walk past inside. One team, one contract.
Your shop, as the road sees it

Jawahar Nagar ComplexFive jobs a shop building has to do
Your shop has to earn its rent from the road, day and night.
- The front is the advert. People choose a shop from the road before they ever walk in.
- Night counts as much as day. After dark, a lit glass front shows the whole shop to the road like a display case.
- Signage needs a planned place on the elevation, not a leftover patch of wall.
- Customers want to park close, step out dry and walk straight in.
- The ground floor should suit the next tenant too, so the building holds its value.
We settle all five before you sign off the first drawing. Our commercial design and build team works the same way on hotels and offices.
Inside is the other half of the job.

The part your customer stands in
Boutiques, audio showrooms, counters, fitting rooms and dining halls. One team does the joinery, lights and services, so one team answers for the finish.

Do you build the shop building as well as the interiors?
Yes, we do both. We design and build the retail building itself, with the shopfront, the signage zone, the lighting and the parking. We then design and build the showroom inside it, under the same contract and the same project director.
Can you fit out a shop inside a mall or a rented shell?
Yes. Give us the bare shell and we hand back a finished shop. That means the front, displays, counters, fitting rooms, storage, lights, air conditioning and wiring. The same team builds our retail buildings, so the finish stays the same.
Who prepares the drawings for approval?
We do. Our design team draws the building, the shopfront and the signage as one set. The drawings your permits need come from the same people who will build the shop.
Do you design the shopfront and the signage?
Yes, and we plan the sign early. The elevation is drawn with the signage, the lit glass and the night view already in it. Most people choose a shop from the road long before they walk in.
Can you do the washrooms and plumbing for a cafe or a salon?
Yes. Washrooms, pantries, wash areas and the pipes behind them are part of the same job. We fit taps and sanitaryware from Jaquar, Grohe, or Kohler, picked to suit your brand and how busy the shop gets.
Where in Kerala do you take retail work?
We are based in Trivandrum and take retail work across Kerala, mostly in Trivandrum and Kochi. Rzianz Infrastructures has built in Kerala since 1999, with 120+ projects delivered. Send us your shop location on WhatsApp to start.
