What kinds of commercial spaces has Rzianz Infrastructures built?
Hotels and resorts in Kochi, Vazhayila, Wayanad and Alappuzha, hospitals and clinics, a convention centre in Kazhakootam, corporate and IT offices in Technopark and Pattom, plus retail showrooms, boutiques and restaurants across Trivandrum and Kollam. Every project we take on is commercial.
How long does a commercial project take?
It depends on scope. Interior fit-outs for offices and showrooms have been handed over in 9 to 14 months. Full hotel and hospital design-builds run 18 to 22 months. You get a milestone schedule on day one, and the opening date is fixed, not hopeful.
Why use a design-build firm instead of an architect and a contractor separately?
