Do you work across Kerala or only in Trivandrum?
Across all of Kerala. Our head office is in Trivandrum. We build in Kovalam, Kochi, Kumarakom, Munnar, Wayanad, Kannur, and more. A manager stays at your site, not ours.
What size hotels do you take?
30 to 200 keys. Resorts up to 150 keys. Convention halls up to 2,000 seats. Below 30 keys, we will name a better firm for you.
How early should we sign?
For a 60 to 100 key hotel, sign 14 to 18 months before you want to open. Shorter is possible. It just gets tighter.
Do you do the interiors too?
Yes. In house. One team. One bill of quantities. One punch list. One opening.
What if the opening slips because of you?
The contract names the new date, the recovery plan, and what we owe you. No hiding behind force majeure.
